Vintage Artwork Adaptation by Barbara Tomlin

Adaptation of a poster print of a balloon manufactured by Henri Lachambre sometime between 1880 and 1890. Two men, one believed to be Lachambre, are riding in the balloon. Lachambre’s manufacturing facility, the largest of its kind at the time, was located in the Parc Aérostatique de Vaugirard, Paris, France.
